The location was perfect, just a short walk to the

City center and the beautiful city walls. My room was comfortable, equipped with a fridge and ample storage. I did find the breakfast options somewhat limited in variety which could be improved.

modern design, modern rooms and excellent staff in an excellent manner. incredibly beautiful view of ruins. location near puccini concerts, the city center, shops and restaurants, and the outskirts of town for driving and parking.

The B&B was super clean and had a comfy en-suite room. We enjoyed exploring the nearby eateries and the city walls. The breakfast was a treat, with plenty of choices. The location made it easy to walk to bars and shops. The staff was cute and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was some noise from the eatery next door, but the double-glazed windows helped minimize it.

The food was fabulous. the rooms were reasonably large with an incredibly beautiful view of the ruins. - the location is amazing and fantastic, in a safe area. - It's very easy to get to from Galileo Galilei airport, just 25 km away.
