The hotel is in a great central location near shops, restaurants, the city wall, and attractions like Tuscany and Cinque Terre. the rooms come with good amenities like air conditioning, a balcony, and the staff is attentive.

This hotel has a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It is close to everything - including the train station - making it incredibly convenient for exploring Lucca. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are well-appointed and have effective air conditioning, perfect for those hot summer nights. Additionally, the breakfast served here is excellent, with a good variety of choices to start your day off right.

Only a minor quibble, but the hard surface floors in the room can be a little chilly on the feet in the morning.

The B&B Relais Inn Lucca boasts a marvelous and perfect location next to Ducal Palace. It is nestled in a secure area, making it easy to explore Lucca and the San Giovanni church.
